Refund Policy

Are refunds available?
  • Returns or refunds are not allowed unless the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • We cannot provide refunds or replacements for stolen packages and orders that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
  • For lost packages due to issues with the shipping provider (not customer-related), please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.

How are refunds processed?
  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damage and your order details to expedite the resolution.

  • Before returning any item, please contact us to request a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are allowed only if the cancellation request is made before the item is in production. Once the order has been in the production process, cancellations are not allowed.
